Clippings (1979-1998)
Material includes:
- photocopies of clippings describing the 4 am eviction of 4ZZZ from their studio in the Queensland University Student Union Building and the subsequent retaking of the studio. Clippings include an article titled "A dawn raid ended the rebel 4ZZZ era", a political cartoon and an article titled "Rebel radio station back on the air after dawn raid : evicted staff seize studio" all dated 1988.
- photocopies of clippings describing revocation of the Queens Hotel, Eagle St, entertainment license. 4ZZZ used the venue to host bands and it was a source of revenue for the station. Clippings include "Wall of resentment", "Pub concerts must move on" and "Brisbane rock in doldrums : license to rage cancelled" all dated 1979.
- newspaper clippings about 4ZZZ titled "Triple Z struggles for independence", 1998, and "4ZZZ is a heavenly forum for battlers", 1996. This last clipping includes a photograph of Phil Parker working at 4ZZZ.

A selection of concert venues are listed below:
