Abstract
One book containing thirty-three postcards and six loose postcards.
Scope and content
The handmade embroidered postcard book was made by Adalene Mary Warner as a child. One of the postcards is from her older brother, Ernest 'Gordon' Warner, while serving as a soldier in France during the First World War, the others are from family members and friends.

Administrative / Biographical history
Adalene Mary Warner [aka Adeline] was born in 1910 on a cattle property at Minerva Hills near Springsure, Queensland. Her parents were Sidney Albert Warner and Francis Shenton Moyle. When she was 21 years old, she married Edward William Prouse (1902-1991), they lived for many years at Tweed Heads.
