One album of black and white photographs. The photographs depict Electricity displays at the RNA Show in Brisbane. These include: Ranald Simmonds Studio photographs of displays celebrating the golden jubilee of electricity in Queensland at the 1938 Show; Green Studios photographs of displays from the Hall of Electricity exhibit at the 1939 Show; Thiel Studio photographs of displays celebrating the diamond jubilee of electricity in Queensland from the 1948 Show.

One album of photographs and negatives. The images are mostly historical depictions of power stations and powerhouses and activities related to supplying electricity. These include early waterwheels at Buderim and Mt. Tambourine, powerhouses and power stations at Ingham, Tambo, Emerald, Beaudesert, Roma and the Edison Land Powerhouse in Brisbane. Other images show Dayboro, Ipswich, Croydon, Lockyer District and Magnetic Island. The album also includes a number of views and streetscapes, some aerial, of the Gold Coast area; portrait photographs and negatives of former electricity supply industry Commissioners and regional managers; a coloured portrait of Dr. E. O. Marks, eye specialist, Wickham Terrace. An index is included.

Locations include St. George, Augathella, Morven, Charleville, Bedourie, Birdsville, Taroom, Wyandra, Windorah, Jundah, Dirranbandi, Bollon, Normanton, Winton, Charters Towers, Wandoan, Muttaburra, Jericho, Ilfracombe, Kingaroy, Hughenden, Blackall, Isisford, Thargomindah, Cunnamulla, Richmond, Longreach and Isis Downs Station.

One album containing a pictorial report consisting of colour slides and black and white photographs. The report is titled "A photographic record of the Howard Power Station undertaken for Gutteridge Haskins and Davey and the Queensland Power Trading Corporation by ARCHAEO Cultural Heritage Services, The Gap, Brisbane, August 2000." The Howard Power Station operated from 1951 to 1980. The photographs in the report show the power station in a state of disuse and disrepair.
