Correspondence, documents, sketches, ephemera, clippings and notes relating to A.J. Hunting's inventions during the World War Two era. Most papers relate to Hunting's 'Kool-it Crystals', initially proposed for military application, but eventually used in the dairy industry. Some papers also relate to some of Hunting's other inventions during this period including his portable flamethrower and pineapple fibre decorticator. Includes letters to politicians relating to his inventions and offering his services.
 

Miscellaneous correspondence, documents, ephemera, clippings and notes relating to A.J. Hunting's inventions and business ventures during the 1920s and 1930s, and post-World War Two. These include papers relating to his speedway ventures, one day cricket, travel businesses including Wanderlust and Barrier Reef Steamship Company, North of Australia Prospecting and Development Company, pineapple fibre extraction, unsinkable canoes, letters to politicians, letters to the editor, educational maps and posters.

Miscellaneous correspondence, documents, photographs and ephemera relating to the Hunting family. These papers include personal correspondence between members of the Hunting family and others; genealogical papers, clippings relating to Betty Hunting's sculpture work, papers relating to nursing, postcards and a sketch by A.J. Hunting.

Invicta Australian 1931 Rough Diary. The diary has been used as a notebook by A.J. Hunting at a later date. Contains notes, financial calculations and sketches. Includes numerous pages of notes from 1933 relating to Hunting's thoughts on one day cricket. Sheets relating to Wanderlust Holiday Travel Pty Ltd are inserted into the diary.

Miscellaneous invoices, receipts, tickets relating to the Hunting and Blake families.

A stencil made from metal with the text 'E. Blake Brookfield Q'LD'. The Blake family were pineapple farmers in the Upper Brookfield district. A.J. Hunting's daughter Nancie Jean Hunting married Jim Blake.

Miscellaneous greeting cards mostly sent to the Hunting family.

Collection of international and interstate postcards, some used, some unused. Many of the used postcards were sent between members of the Hunting family.

Australasian School Atlas published by Oxford University Press in 1928. A.J. Hunting has made pencil markings on many of the pages. Some of these plot the course of trips he made, others appear to be related to map projects he was working on.

Miscellaneous clippings and ephemera relating to A.J. Hunting. Includes newspaper clippings and copies relating to speedway, the ship 'Hobson's Bay', and other subjects. Ephemera includes international menus, hotel brochures and timetables.

Photocopy of A.J. Hunting's Australian passport with which he travelled to the UK in 1928 and onward to Europe, South America and USA.
