This film shows:
- day time and night time footage of Brisbane CBD businesses and decorations to welcome the Queen. Businesses featured include Wallace Bishop, McWilliams Wines, Pioneer, Palings, Pig’n Whistle and casket, Regent, British Empire Hotel, Wintergarden, Bayards, Trittons and Christies. Includes extended footage of neon lights.
- day time crowds gathered waving to welcome the Queen on Hutton Lane, Brisbane CBD as she is driven past.
- Toowoomba welcome banners and other decorations including a banner from the Greek Community. Crowds waiting to welcome the Queen then welcoming her as she is driven past.
- Warwick welcome banners and decorations.
- airport scenes at Eagle Farm, Brisbane, including the Queen arriving in a Trans Australia Airlines plane, greeting crowds and inspecting members of the armed forces then later leaving in a Qantas plane.

- family picnicking at various places.
- beach scenes with the family on the sand and in shallow water.
- family enjoying dodgem boats, gliders and fishing.
- family birthday cakes.
- children cuddling koalas at Lone Pine.
- adults pumping water using a hand pump and collecting from bee hives.
- family get togethers.
The film also shows donkeys, elephants in a crowd of people and a bear behind a cage.
