Series 1: Metalware (1940-1980)
This collection includes souvenir spoons, and silverware produced to commemorate the Story Bridge, and other landmarks, and their significance to Brisbane and Queensland.
The majority of spoons are made of electroplate silver, or electroplate nickel and silver {EPNS]. The spoons, shopping list covers, stamp holder, cigarette cases, notebooks, serviette rings, egg cups and souvenir items accentuate flora and fauna, and tourist places and attractions iconic to Brisbane and Queensland. These items have been produced in Australia, New Zealand, England, and China.

Series 2: Photographic postcards, photographs, badges, pins and clippings (1940-2010)
This collection contains colour photographic postcards, folder postcards (some with, and some without captions) and black-and-white photographs of Brisbane city views, Brisbane River, and views of the Story Bridge. The postcards are predominantly views of the bridge from most vantage points, including views from Customs House, from New Farm, the gardens reach of the Story Bridge, from Circular Quay, the Brisbane wharf area, views from All Hallows Convent,1955 and aerial views and images of the Story Bridge during Expo 88. Many of the postcards were initially sent to family and friends from tourists in Brisbane. Murray Views postcards are featured, and images taken by photographers such as Frank Hurley, Sydney G. Hughes, Steve Parish and John Sands Pty are included.
The collection also includes embroidered cloth patches featuring Brisbane and images of the Story Bridge. Also included is a maroon ribbon printed in gilt for the opening of the Story Bridge. Eight badges and pins depict the Story Bridge. Newspaper and magazine clippings with images of Story Bridge, and advertisements and newspaper articles about the Story Bridge, its history and place in Brisbane are highlighted in this collection.

Fifteen art works depicting the Story Bridge, Brisbane Queensland. The collection includes watercolours, oils, photographs, prints, wall hangings, a glass panel and a carton. The images capture the Story Bridge at night during RiverFire Festival, One of the artworks features the Kookaburra Queen paddleboat, and others depict scenes with paddle steamers or sailboats with the Story Bridge as a backdrop.
