This series contains organisation files pertaining to the running of the National Civic Council (NCC) and the organisation of ‘The Movement’ (how the NCC refers to themselves and their work). This includes general organisation files pertaining to the running of a political lobby group, intelligence compiled largely by Brian Mullins, documents more specific to Brian Mullins and his role as private secretary to Vince Gair – then Premier of Queensland – and as secretary of the Queensland branch of NCC, publications by and collected by NCC and training material produced by NCC.
