Series 1: Portfolios (1984-2024?)
Folders of material compiled by Graham W. Smith relating to his artistic career. The material includes ephemera, photographs of artworks with titles, exhibition brochures and photographs, newspaper clippings, press releases, correspondence and certificates.
The folders were numbered and labelled by the artist:

Series 5: Watercolour paintings (1999-2021?)
This series contains 3 watercolour paintings by artist Graham W. Smith:
- an original watercolour painted for State Library of Queensland in 2021 titled ‘Wynnum Creek circa 1999’.
- a brown and white watercolour titled 'SS Forceful on Moreton Bay', 58 x 76 cm. This watercolour won 3rd prize in the 'Traditional watercolour' category of the Watercolour Society of Queensland Art Exhibition 2021. The award ribbon, certificate and other background material accompany the watercolour. On the back of this water colour is another titled 'Burnett Heads low tide sunset', dated 16 April 2017, painting no: 2756.
