The slides also show the Kuranda Railway, 1983 ; 1552 locomotive derailment near Yarongmulu, 1985 ; opening of the Gateway Bridge over the Brisbane River, 1986 ; Red Fred travelling to Esk, 1987 ; 1150, 1250 diesel locomotives 'farewell tour', 1987 ; 1723 diesel locomotive (Bicentennial locomotive) travelling to Murgon and Kingaroy, 1988 ; Railmotor 1901 travelling to Cecil Plains and Millmerran, 1988 ; Puffing Billy, 1988 ; Flying Scotsman and 3801 locomotive travelling from Casino to Brisbane, 1989 ; RM 1901 Railmotor travelling to Callide, Theodore, Wowan, Mackay Harbour, Marian, Plane Creek and Monto Loop, 1990 and the PB15 steam locomotive travelling to Kuranda, 1991.
