Abstract
A large collection of 621 digital images taken by Brisbane based photographer Cheri Desailly documenting street art and street artists in South East Queensland.
Scope and content

Taken between 2016 and 2024, the collection comprises over 600 photographs of more than 70 street artists working on pieces in Brisbane and surrounds. Also included is a photograph of Cheri Desailly taken by Cynthia McBride onsite at a street art location in Monto. The collection highlights the conditions faced and techniques used by street artists as well as the large variety of artwork produced.

Cheri Desailly is a Brisbane based photographer best known for her interest in photographing street artists at work. Cheri has travelled extensively both in and outside Australia and enjoys a variety of genre including photographing the natural world. Cheri's greatest interest remains social documentary.
