Details of representatives, elections of officers, minutes discussed and resolved at the conventions, agenda and minutes of the council.

Registers which record the details of assessment levies of pastoral properties and details of payment. The account number of the property is given. The three items provide a given single alphabetical register. Each alphabetical section is indexed.

[Items numbered OMAD/8 to OMAD/10]

Registers which record the name of the pastoral property, the number of sheep, cattle and horses carried, the amount of assessment and levy, the amount of the wool defence fund and that due for the graziers' review. Arranged alphabetically and chronologically.

[Items numbered OMAD/11 to OMAD/12]

Records the numbers present at meetings. Details include the type of meeting, eg. Extraordinary General Meeting, Annual General Meeting, date and where held, as well as the signatures of attendees with the names of the stations represented by each.

[Items numbered OMAD/13 to OMAD/14]

Books contain the minutes of the association's meetings from its inception. The minutes deal with all matters pertaining to the association and its members.

These lists, card indexes and registers include the names of stations, numbers of horses, cattle and sheep and later by the name of the representative and the name of the nearest town. In the later registers the details are increased, including the name of the station, whether running cattle or sheep, the post town, the name of the owner, the name of the representative, the telegraph office, the name of the district committee and remarks such as telephone or postal directions, lists of new members, resignations and removals. For the period 1955 - 1958, lists of new members and of resignations appear in register form.

This scrapbook consists of newspaper cuttings relating to the sheep and grazing industry.

This item contains circulars distributed to members, summaries of proceedings, members lists and circular letters.

These volumes contain legal opinions on and correspondence relating to matters requiring legal action, eg. Unlawful possession of an animal, trespass by stock and kangaroo shooters.

These volumes contains the minutes of meetings held by various district committees eg. Winton, Blackall, Barcaldine and of the Pastoral Employers' Association.

This series contains the minutes, agenda, presidential addresses, and discussions of matters such as shed hands and wool pressers agreements, A.W.U. demands, reports by sub-committees, financial statements and treasurers' reports relating to the United Pastoralists Association of Queensland.

This item records the minutes of the proceedings and the verbatim report of the conference which was held to consider the leasing and tenancy of pastoral lands.

These volumes contain summaries of proceedings of meetings held at various centres including Longreach, Rockhampton, and Barcaldine. The reports from 1890-1902 contain minutes of proceedings held by various district committees, at Muttaburra, Peak Downs, Springsure, Blackall, Aramac, Winton, Hughenden, and Barcaldine. There are also summaries of annual general meetings.

These volumes contain material relevant to the years' activities. In 1918 the Association name was changed, previously having been the United Pastoralists and Grazing Farmers'Association of Queensland.

This volume contains the names of members of branches, eg Aramac, Banana, Einasleigh, Gladstone, Winton etc. The details include the names of the station, the post town, owner and/or representative, C.P.S. District, telegraph office, district branch, remarks and whether the property carried sheep or cattle. The item is self-indexed.
