This item is largely made up of supporting documentation of a submission to the Queensland Parliament made by the Picture Theatres and Film Commission. This submission requests amendments to the present act that the Motion Picture Industry feels are needed to cover certain deficiencies - specifically the need to stop unlicensed copies of films being shown in public venues. Written and compiled by James C. Sourris in his capacity as President of the MPEAQ.

Also included in this item is other material relating to the MPEAQ's campaign against video piracy.
