Records the numbers present at meetings. Details include the type of meeting, eg. Extraordinary General Meeting, Annual General Meeting, date and where held, as well as the signatures of attendees with the names of the stations represented by each.

Series 5: Minute books (1889-1938)
Books contain the minutes of the association's meetings from its inception. The minutes deal with all matters pertaining to the association and its members.

Series 6: Membership registers (1889-1958)
These lists, card indexes and registers include the names of stations, numbers of horses, cattle and sheep and later by the name of the representative and the name of the nearest town. In the later registers the details are increased, including the name of the station, whether running cattle or sheep, the post town, the name of the owner, the name of the representative, the telegraph office, the name of the district committee and remarks such as telephone or postal directions, lists of new members, resignations and removals. For the period 1955 - 1958, lists of new members and of resignations appear in register form.

These volumes contain summaries of proceedings of meetings held at various centres including Longreach, Rockhampton, and Barcaldine. The reports from 1890-1902 contain minutes of proceedings held by various district committees, at Muttaburra, Peak Downs, Springsure, Blackall, Aramac, Winton, Hughenden, and Barcaldine. There are also summaries of annual general meetings.
