It documents Lavinia's childhood and early adulthood. Included are photographs of the Wager family and their house at 93 Moggill Road, Taringa; family outings; holidays in Bundaberg and at the family holiday country house at Gap Creek, Brookfield; Taringa State School grade 6B, 1950; and State Commercial High School. The album includes material relating to Girl Guides, Miss Australia Quest and the Telegraph Kitchen Garden competition. Also included are a large portrait photograph of Lavinia Wager and a collapsible steel cup used by her in kindergarten.
