Collection of diaries, letters, photographs, postcards and other ephemera maintained by Lieutenant Hugh Campbell who served in the First World War. The items chiefly relate to his service with the 11th Field Company Engineers in England and France. There are also items that relate to other members of the Campbell family, including his wife Ada Blanche Caflisch and son Donald Campbell.
