Series 1: Putt Mossman photographs (18 Aug 1937)
Nine black and white photographs depicting an attempt by the American speedway rider and stuntman Putt Mossman to break the world beach speed record at Port Douglas. He rode a British JAP speedway bike at 96.8 miles per hour. Also pictured is Mary Grace Conrad, his partner, a pioneer of women's motorcycling and stunt rider. She set a ladies record of 64.27 miles per hour.

Series 7: Mantle of Safety photographs (1948?)
Black and white photographs assumed to document the making of the documentary 'The Inlanders', also known as 'Mantle of Safety'.
The documentary, produced by the Kingcroft Production company depicted the work of the Australian Inland Mission in the area around the South Australian and Queensland borders. Photographs show desert scenery, wildlife, outback travel and the film crew at work. There are also a considerable number of photographs depicting Aboriginal dancers performing and preparing to perform. A caption on one enlarged photograph describes them as 'Wild natives of the Everard tribe 300 miles west of Oodnadatta". Some photos are also taken in and around Cooper Pedy.
