Abstract
This collection contains diaries, ledgers, photographs and correspondence principally relating to the Palmes and Morey families, and their associations with Hainault, Camboon, Booubyjan, Glandore and Taromeo Stations.
Scope and content

Much of the early correspondence in this collection relates to Edmund Morey who established Euston Station with Thomas Morte in 1861 and who was later appointed Police Magistrate for a number of areas in the Burnett Region. Included are letters from Frederick Morey, 5th Light Horse Regiment, photographs of members of the Lawless, McKenzie, Palmes and Morey families, and station diaries detailing pioneering life on Hainault and Camboon Stations from 1895-1910.
