The films include footage of Noosa, Maroochydore, Southport, Currumbin Bird Sanctuary, Tweed Heads, Cedar Creek, Callide, Mundubbera, Townsville, and Mount Isa. The films also include footage of a family wedding in Melbourne; scouting activities; a parade in Queen Street, Brisbane, 1959; water skiing on the Brisbane River; a cane train running through Nambour; prospecting at Lightening Ridge, New South Wales; camping and beach holidays; and the building of speedboat called 'Wisp'.

Footage appears to be Jeffrey cage traveling to various mine sites for Thiess Brothers, a construction and mining company, who he worked for. Footage features Townsville and the Port of Townsville especially cranes and other loading machines; Townsville ANZAC Memorial Park; Townsville from the top of Castle Hill; footage taken from a train as it passes through Rockhampton; footage of machinery and factories and large scale agricultural equipment. Localities featured in this movie include Mount Marcella, Ban Ban Springs, Moura, Thangool, Pine Beach Hotel and several unidentifiable mining sites.

Home movie footage showing to boys scouts camps to Lamington. The first section is titled 'Christmas Creek, Lamington, June 1961'; next intertitle reads 'group camp, October 1961' and the final intertitle reads 'Running Creek, Lamington, June 1962'.
The footage is of scouts climbing, hiking, setting up camp and preparing food. The section title 'group camp' includes younger children in their scout uniforms doing more choreographed activities as well as a large group meal prepared by the scouts for what appears to be family members.
