There are 3 different sizes of folders and scrapbooks for Metro Arts Cinema, Centre Cinema, BCAC and Metro arts. Some years separate books were created for visual arts and performance arts. However, due to storage considerations all clippings books have been organised by size and then chronology and as such some years are not stored in boxes together.
